Due to the nature of the Fund investing in unlisted assets, the Fund has an 18-month lock-in period. Investors find this a useful feature as a forced-savings mechanism and keep your monies away from spending them!
Option To Reinvest or Payout Distributions
Unit-holders gets to choose to either to cash-out their distributions or to reinvest them in order to enjoy more returns.
