Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC)
Redvest Wealth & Asset Management is a paid member of the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC). If you are an individual and you are not happy with the outcome your complaint with any of our services, you can refer your dispute to the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (“SIDREC”). You may do so either within 180 days of receiving the final answer from us or within 90 days from the date you had filed the complaint, irrespective of whether a final answer has been sent by us.

OFS – Ombudsman For Financial Services
Our Financial Advisory license with Bank Negara allow unresolved financial disputes to go through Bank Negara’s own dispute center called the OFS. Here in Redvest, we do the best we can to serve our clients with utmost integrity and transparency. However, if any disputes do occur, the steps below can be followed through the OFS.
- First, refer your dispute to Redvest.
- Not satisfied with the outcome or no response after 60 days of filing your complaints?
- Lodge your dispute with OFS if it’s within OFS’ jurisdiction.
- Case Manager will facilitate your resolution and/or issue a recommendation.
- If you don’t accept the recommended solution, you may refer to the Ombudsman for adjudication.
- Ombudsman will review and issue a financial decision.
- If you don’t accept the decision, you may pursue your rights through other means e.g. court or arbitration.
